However, these volunteers soon discover the harsh reality of their involvement, as they are subjected to mistreatment and exploitation. He asserts that he possesses the sole solution to societal issues, a claim reinforced by fictitious success stories he posts online. It is crucial to note that ASMK56 lacks any credible credentials and is far from qualified as a medical doctor, despite his unsubstantiated assertions. Ironically, he himself relies on medical professionals to address his health issues, including clogged arteries, high cholesterol, and liver problems. He also had several heart attacks.
ASMK56’s online activities primarily revolve around fabricating stories to attract unwitting victims. With no tangible offerings to provide, his main goal seems to be exploiting the naivety and goodwill of others. Over the years, a few individuals have fallen prey to his false narratives, stepping forward as volunteers.
One of ASMK56’s victims was a male volunteer who, captivated by his online persona, traveled to Siwa to offer his assistance. Upon arrival, the volunteer discovered a desolate environment with minimal provisions. ASMK56 exploited the volunteer’s dedication, assigning him arduous tasks while providing inadequate living conditions and sustenance. When the volunteer expressed his need for food, ASMK56 callously directed him to a shop hours away without offering transportation, despite having access to two cars. Adding insult to injury, ASMK56 had the audacity to ask the volunteer if he could buy and bring extra food for him. After enduring a few days of suffering, the volunteer was thankfully rescued by another foreigner living in Siwa who happened to pass by.
In another instance, ASMK56 entered into an agreement with an Egyptian couple who hoped to acquire new skills in exchange for their assistance. Unfortunately, ASMK56 failed to uphold his end of the bargain, leaving the couple disillusioned and stranded. Frustrated by his deceitful behavior, the couple sought refuge in a storage area where ASMK56 and his abusive wife resided. They remained there for a month, using the opportunity to recover and ultimately find a place where their contributions would be genuinely appreciated.
ASMK56’s exploitation extended to a group of six European youngsters who, despite being aware of his lack of resources, decided to stay and cook for themselves. Shockingly, ASMK56 distributed funds received from previous victims among one of the volunteers, further highlighting his manipulative nature and disregard for their wellbeing.
